Everything about The Uno Shopping totally explained

The UNO Shopping is a shopping mall in Leonding, Upper Austria and is located southwest of Linz. It was opened on 16 October 1990. After two extensions in the years 2005 and 2006 the UNO shopping has a sales area of approx. 48000 square yards. The second extension was primarily aimed at the improvement the infrastructure. The multi-storey car park constructed during this phase has increased the comfort for the customers by providing additional parking space and shortening the ways from the car to the shops.
Besides more than 90 shops the UNO shopping houses several restaurants and entertainment-businesses as well as a playground with an area of approx. 680 square yards. The total number of employees is around 750.

Criticism

One point of criticism is that purchasing power is transferred away from the city center of Linz. Another one is the enormous volume of traffic produced by several other businesses along Kremstal A-Road one of the main routes entering Linz.
